These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your participation in the strategy calls, trainings and programmes offered by Rahuul Bagiyaa ("we", "us" or "our"), including the On-Time Payment Collection System. By using this website, booking a call or enrolling in a programme, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
01Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract under Indian law. If you use our services on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for that business.
02Our Services
- Free training videos and content on this website.
- A strategy call with our Programme Advisor to understand your business and explain our programme.
- Paid programmes, batches, coaching and implementation support, as described at the time of enrolment.
The content, structure, schedule and batch dates of any programme may change from time to time. We will inform enrolled participants of any significant change.
03Strategy Call Booking
- The strategy call is held on Google Meet at the date and time you select.
- Please share accurate details. We may cancel or decline a booking if the information is incomplete, false or if the call is not a fit.
- If you cannot attend, please reschedule using the link in your confirmation message or inform us in advance.
- The call is a consultation to understand your needs. It is not a guarantee of selection into any programme.
04Batches, Seats & Enrolment
Our programmes run in batches with a limited number of seats. Seat availability shown on the website is indicative. Your seat is confirmed only after successful payment and written confirmation from our team.
05Fees, Payments & Refunds
- Programme fees, taxes (including GST where applicable) and payment terms will be shared with you before enrolment.
- Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or bank details.
- Refunds, cancellations and batch transfers are governed by the refund policy shared with you in writing at the time of enrolment. Unless that policy says otherwise, fees once paid are non-refundable.
06Your Responsibilities
- Attend sessions on time and complete the work assigned to you.
- Make your own business, financial and legal decisions. You are responsible for how you implement what you learn.
- Follow all applicable laws when collecting payments from your customers. Our system does not include or encourage any form of harassment, threats or unlawful recovery practices.
- Keep your login details and programme materials confidential.
07Intellectual Property
All videos, frameworks, templates, documents, slides and other materials on this website and in our programmes are owned by Rahuul Bagiyaa or used with permission. They are provided for your personal business use only. You may not copy, record, resell, share, publish or create courses from them without our prior written permission.
08No Guarantee Of Results
Results depend on many factors, including your business, your customers, your team and how consistently you apply the system. We do not guarantee any specific amount of payment recovery, cash flow improvement, income or business result. Please read our Disclaimer for more details.
09Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid to us for the specific programme related to the claim.
10Termination
We may suspend or end your access to our website, community or programme if you breach these Terms, misuse our materials, or behave in an abusive or unlawful manner, without refund of fees already paid.

We use third-party tools such as Google Meet, WhatsApp, email providers, video hosting and payment gateways. Your use of those tools is also subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their availability or performance.
